Crustless Spinach Quiche-low fat by Nicole

10 oz. Frozen chopped spinach
4 oz. Reduced fat cheddar
1/2 tsp. Ground nutmeg
2 cups Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Chopped white onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Thaw and drain spinach.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Grease muffin pan.
Pour in 1/2 cup potions into the muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
